MUKMIN 2030 — A Blueprint for Opportunity and Shared Progress
MUKMIN 2030 is the foundational blueprint guiding FIKRAH’s long-term strategy to advance social mobility, economic participation, education, civic engagement, and digital readiness for the Indian Muslim community toward 2030.
Grounded in evidence, lived realities, and long-term ambition, the blueprint provides a clear and principled framework for action — while remaining adaptive in implementation to reflect the community’s diversity and the need for inclusive, context-sensitive pathways, including digital access, skills, and platform participation.
Launched at SIRAT Global, MUKMIN 2030 serves as a shared reference point for policy engagement, programme design, and collective action, anchoring FIKRAH’s work and aligning stakeholders around a common vision for progress.
A Phased Journey from Vision to Outcomes
FIKRAH’s journey to 2030 follows a disciplined four-wave progression designed to ensure credibility before scale, and impact before expansion.
Wave 1 (2026): Foundation & Signals
Establishing institutional foundations through baseline research, digital data infrastructure, narrative clarity,
and early strategic partnerships.
Wave 2 (2027–2028): Scale Programmes
Expanding leadership pipelines, education pathways, digital literacy initiatives, MSME enablement pilots,
and cultural programmes.
Wave 3 (2029): Consolidate & Influence
Deepening policy engagement, advisory roles, and influence through expanded research outputs and
evidence-based recommendations.
Wave 4 (2030): Outcomes & Legacy
Independent evaluation, leadership succession, legacy publications, and the establishment of enduring
institutions that outlive projects and personalities.
